Install the mobile app
Install JobCam on iPhone or Android, allow permissions and sign in with an invite code.

JobCam runs on iPhone (iOS 18 or later) and Android (Android 10 or later). Anyone on your team can also use the web dashboard at app.jobcamapp.com from a browser to view jobs, upload photos and run reports.
Install and sign in on iPhone
Install the JobCam beta
Your JobCam contact sends you a TestApp.io invite link. Open the link on your iPhone, follow TestApp.io's install prompt, then open JobCam.
Open the app and sign in
Sign in with the email your JobCam contact set up (or the invite code your admin sent you). Codes look like XXXX-XXXX, work once, and expire after 7 days.
Allow Camera and Location
iOS will ask for Camera access (required to take photos) and Location access (required for automatic filing). Choose to allow Location while using the app. Without it, every photo lands in Unfiled with the reason "Location off".
On Android
Install the JobCam beta
Open the invite link from your JobCam contact on your Android phone. Follow the install prompt. You may need to allow installs from that source. Then open JobCam.
Open the app and sign in
Sign in the same way as on iPhone: with the email your JobCam contact set up, or the invite code your admin sent you.
Allow Camera, Location and Notifications
Android will ask for Camera, Location and Notifications. Allow Camera and Location while using the app. Without Location, every photo lands in Unfiled with the reason "Location off".

Invite code did not work?
- Expired. Codes last 7 days. Ask your admin for a new one from the Team page.
- Already used. Each code is single use. If someone else redeemed it, you need your own.
- Wrong email. Some invites are locked to an email address. Sign in with the address the invite was sent to.
Once you are signed in, the camera opens. Take a test photo at a real job address and watch it file itself. If it goes to Unfiled instead, read The Unfiled inbox to see why.
