Data deletion
Step-by-step instructions for deleting your JobCam data, disconnecting Facebook and Instagram, and requesting full deletion.

You can delete the data JobCam holds about you without contacting us, using the options below. If you prefer, or if you want a company's entire account removed, email privacy@jobcamapp.com.
Option 1: Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
This removes JobCam's access to your Meta accounts and deletes the Meta data we hold for that connection.
Sign in at app.jobcamapp.com as an admin
Only admins can manage integrations.
Open Integrations
Find the Facebook or Instagram card.
Choose Disconnect
JobCam deletes the account identity, access tokens and cached Page or account details it received from Meta. Posts already published remain on Facebook or Instagram under your control there.
You can also remove JobCam from your Facebook account under Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites). JobCam receives the removal and deletes the same data.
Option 2: Delete your JobCam account
This deletes your personal profile and sign-in. Photos you took remain with your company because they are part of the company's job records.
If you are the company's last admin, hand off first
Promote another member to Admin on the Team page. A company must always have at least one admin.
Open Account and choose Delete account
In the iPhone or Android app, or in the web dashboard at app.jobcamapp.com.
Confirm
Your account is deleted and you are signed out on every device.
Option 3: Email us
Email privacy@jobcamapp.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you want deleted:
- your individual account;
- your company's account, including all jobs and photos (we confirm with a company admin first); or
- specific data, for example a photo taken at your property if you are not a JobCam user.
We acknowledge requests promptly and confirm when deletion is complete. Where you do not have an account, please include enough detail (such as the street address) for us to find the data.
