Marketing center
The composer: one post, several channels
Pick photos, write per-channel captions, and publish now or schedule for later.
Updated
The composer lives in the Marketing center of the web dashboard. It turns job photos into a post for Facebook, Instagram or both, with a caption tailored to each channel.
Create a post
Open the Marketing center and choose New post
Sign in at app.jobcamapp.com. You need at least one connected channel; see Connect a Facebook Page.
Pick photos
Choose a job, then select the photos to include.
Choose channels
Tick Facebook, Instagram, or both. Channels your plan does not include are shown but cannot be selected.
Write the caption
Write one caption, then adjust it per channel if you like: a shorter line for Instagram, a fuller update for Facebook.
Publish or schedule
Choose Publish now, or pick a date and time to schedule it.
Per-channel captions
Each channel has its own caption field, pre-filled from the first one you write. Edit any of them independently. This is where you add hashtags for Instagram or a longer story for Facebook without repeating yourself.
Caption suggestions
If your company has caption suggestions turned on in Settings, the composer can draft a caption for you. Suggestions are a starting point; edit them before you post. Each plan includes a monthly number of suggestions, and the feature may not be available in every account.
Before you post
- Make sure the photos do not show anything the client would not want public: house numbers, faces, licence plates.
- Check the caption for the client's name or address unless they have agreed to it.
- Preview each channel before you publish.
After publishing
Posts are listed in the Marketing center with their status and channel. If a channel fails, check its connection in Integrations.
Before and after
For the classic transformation post, use the before/after tool, which builds a side-by-side composite for you.
