What's new

The Marketing center now covers the whole publishing cycle, and jobs can be shared with customers.

• Schedule posts for a date and time in your company's time zone, and see everything on the Calendar. Posts that hit a temporary error retry on their own; you can reschedule or cancel from the composer or the Posts list.
• Before/after template: pick a Before and an After photo, choose square or landscape, preview it, and post the composite.
• Caption suggestions in the composer when your workspace has them enabled.
• Share links: create an expiring, read-only gallery for a job from the job page, choose what it shows, and revoke it any time from Settings → Share links.
• Billing: plans, seats, trial status and the customer portal live under Settings → Billing.

Photos taken outside the app can now be added from the web dashboard.

• Upload JPEG files up to 15 MB each.
• Each photo is filed by the GPS position in the file, using the same address and radius matching as the iPhone and Android apps.
• Photos without a usable position wait in Unfiled with a reason and can be filed singly or in bulk.
• Uploaded photos get categories and captions, and appear in reports, share links and the Marketing center like any other photo.

Turn job photos into social posts without leaving the dashboard.

• Connect a Facebook Page (Team plan and above).
• Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page (Business plan and above).
• Compose one post for several channels with a caption per channel.
• Before/after composites built from photos tagged Before and After.
• Schedule posts and see them on a calendar; monthly limits depend on plan.
• Optional caption suggestions, controlled by a company setting.
• Slack, Jira and Asana are listed as coming soon.

The web dashboard at app.jobcamapp.com has been rebuilt from the ground up.

• Jobs and photos update live, matching what the iPhone and Android apps show.
• Job search, status (Active, On hold, Completed, Archived), notes and map pin.
• Admin tools to rename, merge and delete jobs, with a choice to move a deleted job's photos to Unfiled or delete them.
• Photo categories, captions up to 500 characters, move, delete, share and multi-select.
• PDF reports in the browser: US Letter, 2 or 6 per page, cover page, captions and prepared-by.
• Share links: public expiring galleries, with the maximum length set by plan.
• Team and invites, company settings and billing.
• Light and dark themes.
