Introducing JobCam for the web
The web dashboard brings your jobs, photos, team, reports and marketing to the big screen.
JobCam started as a camera that files photos by address. Crews take the shot on the job site, and the office sees it under the right job a moment later. Today that office side has a proper home: the web dashboard at app.jobcamapp.com.
Everything the app sees, live
Sign in with the same account you use on your iPhone or Android phone. Jobs and photos appear as they are taken, with the same categories, captions, statuses and notes. Search a job, open it, and see what the crew shot this morning.
Photos from anywhere
Not every photo comes from the app. Clients send "before" pictures, subcontractors text progress shots, and some of you still shoot with a real camera. Drop JPEG files (up to 15 MB each) into the dashboard and JobCam files them exactly the way the phone does: by the GPS position stored in the photo, matched to the job at that address. Anything it cannot place waits in Unfiled with a reason so you can file it by hand.
Reports and share links
Build a PDF report from any job in the browser: US Letter, 2 or 6 photos per page, optional cover page and captions, with a prepared-by line. Or create a share link, a public gallery that expires on its own, and text it to a client instead of attaching twelve photos.
Team and billing in one place
Admins invite crew with 8-character codes (single use, seven-day expiry, optionally locked to an email), and set roles. During the beta, JobCam sets up each company for you and your contact handles billing.
The Marketing center
This is the part we are most excited about. Connect your Facebook Page and, on the Business plan, your Instagram Business account. Compose one post for several channels with a caption tailored to each, build before/after composites from tagged photos, and schedule posts on a calendar. If your company turns on caption suggestions, the composer can draft a first caption for you.
What is next
Slack, Jira and Asana are marked coming soon in Integrations. We will announce them in the changelog.
